A single HR event — for example, marking a new hire as "start ready" in your HRIS — becomes the trigger for a complete, automated onboarding sequence.
From that one action, we orchestrate:
- Microsoft 365 account creation
- License assignment based on role and department
- Device enrollment in Intune, with the correct configuration profiles and application stack via Autopilot or custom flows
- Teams and SharePoint access, including security group placement
- Security policies, including MFA and compliance baselines from first login
- Welcome communications, such as emails or Teams messages with clear self-service instructions
The result: the employee opens their laptop on day one and everything they need is already in place — no tickets, no manual steps, no two-week trickle of access requests.
